What BeWell is

A construction workforce gets one orientation on safety — and almost nothing on health. BeWell closes that gap, twelve months a year.

It's not a poster, a portal, or a one-time screening. BeWell is an ongoing program: a single, focused wellness topic each month, delivered face-to-face on the project by the same medical professionals who already keep your crews healthy and working.

Body

Heart health, sleep, hydration, musculoskeletal care, heat illness — the physical risks of the trades, addressed before they become injuries or claims.

Mind

Stress, fatigue, substance awareness and mental health — handled with the same seriousness as a physical hazard, by people the crew already trusts.
